Badam Kulfi
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 cup (8 oz.) heavy cream
2 oz. ground blanched almonds
2 tsp ground cardamom
In a mixing
bowl, add in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy
cream. Whisk together and add in the ground almonds and cardamom.
Pour into desired molds to freeze.
