Maple
Cream Pie
Use only
real maple syrup in this recipe.

1/2 c pure maple syrup |

T flour |
3/4
c cream |

Prebake
pie crust until very pale golden.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat
eggs with flour in mixing bowl. While beating, slowly add in syrup
and cream and pour into pie shell. Bake until filling is set, about
45 minutes, until tester comes out clean. Serve at room temperature.
