This recipe is adapted from Wilton's Figure Piping. This recipe contains a mixture of shortening and butter. Add more liquid if needing a smoother or softer consistency.
Soften shortening and butter. Mix in the rest until smooth using medium speed, adding in more liquid as needed to achieve desired consistency.
