Orders are processed when they are recieved. Note some items may not be in stock with us or our vendors, so please allow two weeks from time ordered to delivery to your address, although you may recieve you package sooner. International orders will take longer. Heat sensitive items (edibles and chocolate products) are shipped at customers own risk, but will mark these packages with 'fragile' warnings for carriers' special handling.
First of all, I thank you for your service. All U.S. military service members and U.S. Territories are considered part of the US and no additional charges will be applied. But, please allow longer shipping times for carriers to get the package to you.
Yes. Please email or contact us using out form for questions. Shipping will be priority mail international - and will be based by weight, and the cost will depend on where you reside. Please note that we mark on the customs form what you paid for the item and do not mark items as 'gifts'. Your country may impose other taxes or surcharges; please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

This website is owned and operated by Beach Cuisine, Inc. These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an online shopping store with baking articles and recipes. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
When buying an item from the Pastry Sampler store, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:
(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the the website store, and we reserve the right to change the prices for any product at any time, including correcting pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We want our customers to be happy. We have a 14-day return policy. After 14 days, it is assumed that you are happy with the your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and custom printed vinyl decals cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Email us prior to returning for approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, or company check, within a certain amount of days. Refunds are the for product only and any applicable sales tax. Shippng costs are not refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sales and "as is" items are sold as AS IS and cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pastrysampler.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsable for lost mail.
You agree to indemnify and hold Beach Cuisine, Inc. harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
