This frosting is nice to use with spice cakes or carrot cakes.
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 c margarine or butter, room temperature
- 4 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Procedure
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until light. Add in concentrate, beat until well combined. Gradually add in half the the powdered sugar. Add in enough of the powdered sugar to make the frosting of desired spreading consistency. Store this frosting in refrigerator.
