Oatmeal No-Roll Pie Crust
This is a no-roll pie crust, meaning all the mixing is done directly in the pie pan. This recipe hasn't been tested, but could have possibilities with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg or a few grates of lemon zest.

1/3 c margarine 1 1/4 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c brown sugar

Place margarine in a 9" pie pan in a 350°F oven and melt. Add in brown sugar and oats. Place back into oven and cook for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from oven and press onto bottom and sides of pie pan.

1 1/2 c flour, sifted 1/2 c oil
1 t sugar 2 T milk
3/4 t salt

Sift the dry ingredients into a 9" pie pan. Whisk oil and milk together and pour into middle of the dry ingredients and mix together with a fork until dough forms.
